My sons ace died and fitbit have sent a replacement. I just can't work out how to add his new fitbit to his account (without me having to set up yet another child account) Is there a way? Thanks

Hi @Lizzief82,

My mom has the Ace and this happened to her once.  Log into your son's account, then go to his Account tab.  Tap/click on the Ace, this will take you to the Tracker Settings.  From there, select "Set up a new device" and then "Ace" or "Ace 2" (whichever one you're replacing).  Then the app will ask you if you're setting up a new tracker or replacing the old one.  Select "Replace You Fitbit Ace (or Ace 2)" and follow the prompts.
