Incompatible Phone

The new Tcl Plex phone is the phone that I use and it is not compatible to get phone call notifications on my Ace. Please add this to your list of compatible devices.

Hello @Tristan_H, it's good to see you around in the Community forums for the first time. 

Thank you for all the information about your Blaze that is not receiving the call notifications. 

As you already mentioned, I've confirmed this phone model is currently not listed here as a compatible device  to sync with the Fitbit app: Which devices are compatible with the fitbit app? 

If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however, we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility. Some users have also been able to receive notifications after following the steps listed in this article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

For the moment we haven't received other updates regarding other phone models being included in the compatibility list. I also hope this can happen soon, but we don't have any specific time frame.
