Is the Fitbit Ace waterproof

I've been trying to find out if my Fitbit Ace is waterproof/water resistant and I can't find a straight answer

Hi @alpha_karla1021  Ace or Ace 2? When in doubt, don't wear it. It's better to be safe than have a problem later.

Ace is showerproof, but not to be used while swimming or submerged. Page 24 of the user manual.

Ace 2 is water resistant to 50 meters.
