Hi, I am having trouble moving my Fitbit Ace 3 Watch account to my personal Google Account. The Google Account is not affiliated with a workspace or school.
Whenever I try to move my Fitbit to my Google Account it says that the account is incompatible. My Google Account is managed by a Family Link.
I have tried communicating with a tech support, however they told me that my parent needs to create a Fitbit account and we need to create a new Google Account for me, because they are registering it as a school one, even though it is not. We can create a Fitbit Account for my dad, though it is ridiculous to create a new Google Account for me, because I use mine frequently and it is set up with a lot of subscriptions and such, and I don't need two personal Google Accounts.
