Lost sleep tracker on Ace

My daughter’s Ace tracker used to track her sleep. Suddenly that doesn’t seem to be an option anymore and I can’t add it back in. Can’t find anywhere to recalibrate/renter what kind of device it is. Fitbit doesn’t seem very intuit it to me.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about adding the sleep option on your daughter’s tracker. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate your feedback and I am here to help.

 

I recommend restarting the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?  Please also make sure it is syncing: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?
