No emails re: low battery

With all the fitbits that I have had I get email notifications when the battery is running low....with the replaced Alta I no longer get them

@yayamel It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! In order to stop receiving low batteries notifications from trackers that you are no longer using, you need to remove them from your account.

 

In order to remove those trackers from your account, please go your web-based Dashboard, click on the "gear" icon and select the tracker you don't use. Below the option "Clock Display" you will find an option to remove your tracker from your account. If you have other trackers that are no longer being used, please repeat the process to remove it.

 

Finally, see if you get the notifications for your Fitbit Ace.

The problem is I no longer get the emails and so I don't know my fitbit is out of power until it's too late

@yayamel Thank you for getting back and providing more details! Please go to your account settings, through the web-based Dashboard and make sure that the email notifications is enabled for low battery.
