My son got a fitbit from my ex for Christmas which is great. He loves it. Is there a way for me to see the details of his activity. His mom wont give me the account details that were set up but he is wearing it all the time in both houses. Can you monitor the device on separate accounts?

Each device syncs to a unique email address for their Fitbit account. You can't make another account for it.

 

Guess your ex doesn't want you to see the other people in the family account which was created. Is there a possibility you can work this out with his mom? Maybe you could get a Fitbit and ask to be included in that family account so you can see his activity.
