My son was recently shopping for a new Fit Bit after our dog chewed up his Ace 2. He was sad to find that Ace 2s were not really on the market anymore (Target, Amazon) and he prepared this email...(but there is no customer support email address!) Thought we'd share it here so Fit Bit may respond to his concerns. 🙂

I don't understand why you have stopped making the Ace 2 Fit Bit.

I wish you would make them again. Here's why: thar chargers won't break when you pull off the fitbit. Ace 2's charger is magnetic, which won't harm the fitbit.
plus everyone has their band's and chargers. ace 3 chargers are so hard to tack off I am not saying you should not make ace 3 I just miss ace 2.

Thanks for listening.

Hello @Eddie1223 and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit discontinues a model when it releases a newer version.  The Ace 3 has been available for some time now.  This is why Ace 2 models are very hard to find.
