My Fitbit Chsrge 6 continues to have trouble going back and forth between my child account and mine. The only solution I find that works is to delete the app altogether and reload. This only works a few times then has to be redone. Very frustrating. Can Fitbit create a new update that resolves this issue as I see others are having the same problem. Thank you!

Hello @Radar13 and welcome to the Community. You are describing an app issue, not a device issue. What type of phone do you use, Android or iPhone? What app version do you have? Did this start with a recent update?
