“add Child” link does not work

I bought an Ace 3 for my 11 year old. She is already added as a child under my family account vie Family Link. When I try to add her on FitBit, the "add Child" link highlights when tapped but does not work. It's an endless loop of tapping with zero results. Is there an alternative? Please respond.

I am having the same issue. My daughter already has a google account and everything is paired to it and all the settings are configured. However, I cannot get it connected through fitbit. When selecting the option to add a child, and then i select that already established account, I just get an error over and over again - "Something wen wrong. Please try again."
