Hi, I need help here.
- I've a fitbit user since 2021 all the way back from my home country Philippines
- last year, we moved here in Canada.
- for some reason, my charge 4 won't sync with fitbit mobile app - if i remember it right due to location (PH-CA)?
- I just bought fitbit ace 3 for my kids. Advance bday gift to my daughter.
- I wasted 3 plus more hours trying to set up. It was unsuccessful. I am losing my patience on this complicated set up.
- i have family account way back in the Philippines. I could not use because I have change my email for fitbit so I could sync in the app.
- I could not add my new email address to the family because of the location.
- I could not use icloud email address.
- there is no such thing as family account in my fitbit app profile.
What is going on here? Can someone assist me on this complicated stuff? 😞
