I have downloaded the Fitbit App onto my phone and want to link my kids new Ace3. We have created a Google account for her but when I try and add her device, after logging in as her, I get the message 'something went wrong.' I have followed some advice e.g. clearing cache, uninstalling and installing again, rebooting my phone but nothing is working.
