I need help with my ace again because of I have been trying for several days to make my account connectable and it just comes up with Problem Creating Account, please try again later. Any suggestions or answers?

Are you setting it up for a child under a family account?

No, just as the main account not family.

First, you would need to set up an adult account, by following the instructions here. You do not need a Fitbit connected to the account to do this.
Next, follow the steps to create a Family Account by following these instructions.
