Just purchased daughters fitbit ace 2, downloaded app synced fine but homescreen on fitbit just shows the fitbit setup web address, tried restarting it and nothing, tapping screen or pressing button does nothing ,any ideas

Hi Pinksa,
You say you have sync'd with it so I assume you have successfully connected it via Blue Tooth. If not, you must Add the device in the App. You also require a Fitbit account which you have hopefully also setup in the App.
If you have done the above and it still does not work. Try removing the device from the App, restarting the Fitbit and adding the device again. Sorry if you have already tried this just I had a Fitbit Ace (series one) which did the thing and removing and restarting as if new fixed it. Second time I the setup was successful.
