Stolen/ lost Ace 2

My sons ACE 2 is lost. Went to swimming lessons and he took it off but came out lesson without it. Been in contact with swimming pool and isn't there but he gave it to swimming teacher. Is there a way to find it? Or get money off a new one? I have tried the find My fitbit but it isn't find his ACE 2 

 

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Hi @JoanneGerrish  there isn't anything that can be done in case of a lost device. Did you check directly with the swimming teacher? They might have tossed the Fitbit into a bag and forgotten about it. The article on finding a lost Fitbit is here - click to read. Sorry this happened to him. You might want to watch for sales on the Ace 3, which is the current style being sold.
