Switching between Parent and Child view

Hey everyone!

I have been looking off and on for advice on how to turn the password option off for switching between child and parents views. It completely logs you out when you check your kids stats so you have to reset everything. I have a Versa 2 so it’s one more step to have to log Alexa back in every time too. Please tell me there’s a solution this this!

Thanks for the formation provided and let me help you with your question about the Family account. At the moment, the Fitbit app will log you out whenever you switch to the child's account. I know how you feel about having to log in every time. While our team keeps working to improve our services, please check this idea posted in the Feature Suggestions board and add your vote to show your support. Every comment posted in the forums never goes unnoticed, and yours won't be the exception.
