Time Not Correct Ace 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I setup my son's Ace 3 with his iPad today. It is showing the wrong time, is behind an hour.

  • iPad has the correct time and is set to automatically update to time zone
  • I've tried rebooting the Fitbit
  • I've tried restarting the iPad

None of this works. How do I fix the time?

It's good to see you participating in the community @Mommabear83.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Ace 3. I'm sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing. Also, thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

Before considering other options, make sure that you have updated the Fitbit app to the last version.

Once the device is successfully synced, it will have the correct time and date.

Please, try to follow all the steps listed in this article if you believe that the device for some reason is not syncing correctly: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hey, dear Manu

Unfortunately, I have the same problem as Mommabear83.

Setup my sons Ace3 with Iphone and parental Google account, but time is showing wrong (2 hours forward)

Thing I've done

  • update Fitbit app
  • Reboot Ace 3
  • Reboot iPhone
  • Disconnect Ace3 from the iPhone and connect it once again
  • Set up in son's Google account, in the section Fitbit settings correct (manual) time zone and location

But it didn't help to setup the correct time

Please assist

Thanks

I'm having the same problem. "Sync it" is just lazy advice and does not work
