ace strap repair

I bought 2 ace watches for my kids in august 2018 in USA.  straps (both pieces) on each of them have come off. I have the extra band that it comes with but its only one piece ..not both sides. please guide me where can I send them to get repaired? I was expecting more life out of fitbit kids ace. we live in India now. TIA

While Fitbit doesn't have any physical repair centers, I've sent your information to the Customer Support team so they can get in touch with you and provide further assistance. You should be getting a reply soon. 

Fitbit Ace comes with the band and the additional bottom band. To switch between large and small bands, you can replace only the bottom band on your child’s Ace. You’ll still need your existing top band. For more information about changing the wristband, please check this help article: How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?

Hey i have the same issue i cant find Ace purple strap for my girl as hers broke! What do i do?

I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. While we no longer sell Ace straps in our online store, you can check with our authorized retailers, like Amazon, the availability.  

I also would like to mentioned that Fitbit Alta and Fitbit Alta HR wristbands are compatible with Ace. Note that Ace wristbands, which are extra small, are shorter than Alta and Alta HR bands in size small.

I’ve looked on Amazon but i cant find an original one they are different cheap brands and am not sure of the quality also they have small and large and i even dont know whats the right size like her original one! if you can recommend a specific one that would be great she wants the same purple one. 
what do you mean by the alta one? I didnt understand sorry, you mean the alta is same size like ace? And do you sell the alta bands on the website?

I bought the Ace watch for my daughter for her birthday last Sep 2019. The strap keeps unclipping. It's at the point where it's not being worn anymore. She is scared that she may loose the Ace. Is the band still under warranty?
