Create Family Account error

My daughter has been using the Ace2 for almost a year. I set up the family account and from my account page could switch to her kid view until today. The tab no longer says Family Account it says create family Account and when I click it instead of my family account profile with my daughter's info and the option to switch to kid view I get a notice that a family account already exists.

 

So I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem or had it and figured out how to fix it. I have tried restarting the App and even rebooting my phone.

Having the same problem. Had it a week or so ago for a couple days as well. Seems to randomly fix itself and haven’t gotten any response from Fitbit regarding the issue.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Family account. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend logging out of the app and then logging back in. If the issue persists, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
