My son was wearing his today, later we realised that the clock face has fallen out. I didn’t even know that it came out! Will Fitbit replace it (it’s only a month old!!!!) 😡

Hi @SunsetRunner sorry this happened. Fitbit warranty doesn't cover lost parts, but you can always ask them. Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. The phone number to call from the UK is: 0800 069 8505. Regarding the lost clock face of your son's Fitbit Ace, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they provided some instructions via email. Please try those instructions and reply to their email in order to follow up.

Hi there, my son is having the same issue. We haven’t lost the face/body yet, but it keeps just coming out.
please could someone suggest some solutions? New strap?
We only got in April 2020!
