Received on 4/1. It is 5/27. Screen is completely black. Plugged in. Lay charge 6 hours. 100%. Tried to reset it by pressing 3 times-multiple times. Tried holding down. Nothing is working

Yes, I have followed all instructions. I was able to log into the app and
it’s actually charged to 100%. It seems to be a screen issue. There was a
reoccurring alarm set, and it went off. I removed it from my Fitbit app
thinking that might help, but now I can’t re add it because you have to
enter the code on the screen(which I can’t see now).
