clockface is not available

Hi there

my niece got an Ace2 Fitbit as a gift and after finishing setting it and having it synchronized with her iPad, choosing a clockface was not possible. I've tried several time and am always getting a message on the app that this is not available. 

does Ace2 have clock faces? if "yes" Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

I am glad to hear your niece received a Fitbit Ace 2 as a gift. Thank you for sharing the details of the issue she is having with selecting a clock face. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. A variety of clock faces are available in the Fitbit Clock Gallery. Please verify the steps to change the clock face:

1. With the tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon > Ace 2 tile.
2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
4. Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

We just received a new Fitbit Ace 2 also.  When going into the Fitbit app dashboard, then selecting the Ace 2 tile, a clock face option is not available.  Anyone found a solution?  Much appreciated.

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, follow the steps to change the clock face again.

I have tried to set a click face for my little girl  for het fitbit ace 2 -for some of the clock faces it says they are not available for this device.What can I do about this?

Only few of them are available ,I don't understand why.
