switch between 24h and 12h time

Hello,

I have been teaching my son 24 hour time and he would like it on his fitbit Ace 2 to practise. I can't see how to change it. It is 24 hours on mine and that's great but I should be able to switch his between 24h and 12h surely? Please let me know how to do it. If not, I'd like a full refund please so I can buy him a different brand of watch that does allow this.

On you dashboard account look for Clock display time. Use the drop down a  select what you want

It will need to sync before it takes place

Where is this on a kids account please? Can I do via app as for some reason there is no option to view kids accounts on a desktop web view.

I have been trying to solve the same issue. Kids have their own account connected to the family account and i dont seem to find the option of switching to 24hr time format.
