Active minutes not working

Hi had my fit bit a while with no problems until today when I got a new phone. I have been to the gym done over 17000 steps yet it’s showing no active minutes how can I solve this?

Try restarting your tracker and see if that helps

@Horselover0177 what phone are you using? Try unpairing your tracker from the phones bluetooth, turn bluetooth off, restart the phone, and go and try syncing again. Let us know how you go

Mine is doing the same thing, i read that you could reset it. You can do that  by plugging it in and pushing the little black button. (Closest to the wall end) but i have done that four times now and it has not gotten any better would like to know any other ways to help!

Thank you did a re-start and turned my phone off and it’s worked all good again 😁

Hi, I pressed the button 3 times my fitbit flashed kind of at me, while this was on charge I switched my phone off totally and left for 10 mins, when I switched it back on everything was working as it should be, hope this helps x

The link you share to restart doesn't tell us anything about how to restart. Are there actual instructions somewhere. I also have issues with the Active Minutes function, and its thrown off all my readings.

I have reset my Fitbit, the problem isn’t that it’s not syncing to my phone it’s not registering on my fitbit

Exactly the same has happened to mine today too. So annoying. I can't even get into the app on my phone to log it retrospectively. This happened the same a couple of weeks ago too.

I’ve got the same problem - my rower/iConsole won’t sync with the Fitbit so I enter the details in manually.

 

The web dashboard shows the active minutes but the app and the Fitbit Sense don’t sync active minutes from the web dashboard even though I add the workout using the app.
