Alta HR SmartTrack isn't working

I have an Alta HR, but it’s doing the same thing. It’s recognizing active minutes, but not recognizing exercise the way it used to. I’ve tried restarting my Fitbit, restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. Nothing.

Thanks for troubleshooting this SmartTrack issue. SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes.
