Alta HR heart rate sensor won't work

The green light behind my Fitbit doesn't come on anymore. I've tried restarting, cleaning the pins, changing the charger. Is there anything else I can do? The moment I disconnect my Fitbit, there's no display and green light.

My altra isn’t registering my heart rate and cleaned the devise and made sure heart rate is on, please help
