Alta HR keeps turning itself off

My alta hr turns off randomly and only turns back on when connected to the charger. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi @Hm32  Try restarting your Alta HR several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't then sadly your Tracker is dying. Sorry

Hi @Hm32  Try restarting your Alta HR several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't then sadly your Tracker is dying. Sorry
