My fitbit Alta HR screen was suddenly not responding. When I plugged in the charger, it started charging, saying: www.fitbit.com/setup. I tried syncing it with the app, but it won't. I tried rebooting the fitbit, syncing in my web browser, I've deleted the fitbit from my account, updated the app and restarted my phone. I don't know what else to do. I still have warranty, but there is no other way to contact the customer service? Please help.

What do you mean thee is no way to contact support?
