For a few months my Alta HR has not been getting text notifications but has been getting notifications of calls coming through.

 

Also sleep tracking is hit and miss especially this past 2 updates and now it’s not tracking all my steps. Is it because they no longer sell my product n not including stuff in updates? Or is it dying?
