Replacing Alta with Alta HR. Removed Alta from device list. Alta HR recognized in Fitbit app and states firmware update available with instructions. Using Galaxy S9 Android 10 with updated Fitbit app, has worked for years. Alta HR begins process only to fail. Have reset Alta HR, Bluetooth off/on, restart phone... no luck... help!
