Help please!!!!! For some strange reason my Fitbit has stopped syncing I have tried turning bluetooth off then back on numerous times, nothing seems to work! The last time it registered any data was 2 days ago

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Hi thanks very much, it has happened before, it now seems to have reset itself but after trying several times myself lol

I now have problems while synchronising my heartrate during an exercise. There´s always something going haywire these days. Restarting watch and Phone several times a week... It´s very frustrating.
