I have been trying to sync my Alta HR for the last few days. I have tried all the steps I could find - I removed the device from my Bluetooth network, I removed my device from my Fitbit account to try and set up again plus I deleted the app and re-installed. Nothing has worked. When I try to add a “new device” in my account it just stalls out looking for a Bluetooth connection. Please help
