I troubleshooted everything wiped all the part of charger and Alta HR, pushed the reset button on cable plugged it in to multiple different outlets on wall computer and anywhere else with a power source. I have reset and deleted the app and restarted it on my phone and nothing will get my watch to start charging. It was plugged in last week and worked no problem and was charged for 7+ days what can I do to get my watch to turn on?
