Alta HR won't reset

I have been having issuing trying to reset my Alta HR. 

Try resetting it multiple times (pressing on the reset button 3 times) but it still has not been resolved.

 

It will only display "www.fitbit.com/setup" on the screen.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
