Alta HR won't respond

Hi My Alta  won’t turn on. It’s been on charge for a day and I can see the green light blinking. It vibrates when I tried to reset it by pressing 3 times when plugged to a source.

But nothing is displayed.

I also tried to change the clock face but the app can find my watch and it sends a code to pair which I can’t see on watch as display is turned off

is there any other way to fix it? I don’t want to spend money on a new watch as I have bought 3 fitbits out of which 2  have stopped working after an year

Hi @Smitarao03 If several restarts and a clockface change don't help then it sounds as ifnitnhas died.  Contact Fitbit Support  . I hopemthey can help you.
