My Fitbit won't sync, can't find device. It only seems to work when I restart Fitbit at least twice. Can anyone help?

Hi. Tried all these things. Seems that fitbit only syncs when I restart it. It has full battery so that's not problem.

Mine won’t sync either. Tried resetting multiple times. Battery was just charged, so it should be good to go. ☹️
