I am using my Alta (while I wait for my defective Charge 5 to be replaced) and it won't sync suddenly after being fine for a month. I have restarted my phone and fitbit, restarted my bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled the app... eveything on the usual help article. I made sure my phone was up to date and have no outstanding updates to do on the fitbit app. Any suggestions, please?
Update: Nevermind, as soon as I did the post it failed to sync so I un-paired and re-paired the Alta to bluetooth (again) and it finally worked. 😊
