Hi my Alta HR has stopped synching with my ipad. I reset the tracker as per instructions on the forum, but now it seems to want to be setup from scratch - but the ipad no longer 'sees' the tracker. I've tried installing the app on my android phone instead but still the problem of the phone not seeing the tracker.

Hi @KeenHillwalker That sounds odd (and very annoying!). Did you restart the tracker several times? If you only did it once, try a few more restarts. Otherwise THIS Help Article might assist you. I hope you can get it sorted out.
