Alta HR wristband keeps falling off

I’ve read over posts discussing the wristband falling off.  When you all mention Fitbit sends you a new? A new band? I have tried the other bands that it came with and they too keep falling off. I can’t wear it on without it coming apart. I do not want to loose it.  Going to contact Fitbit.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
