Hallo. Ich habe ein Problem. Habe meine alta hr in 2018 in Betrieb genommen. In den letzten Wochen musste ich diese immer öfter neu starten, manchmal mehrmals am Tag. Dann zeigte sie mir immer nur noch an, dass ich mir die neue App installieren soll. Ich schaffte mir ein neues Handy an und installierte die App. Nun zeigt sie mir gar nichts mehr an und ich kann diese auch nicht mehr neu starten. Was kann ich tun? Für eine Idee wäre ich sehr dankbar.
