I haven’t used my Fitbit for more than a year. I charged it, shows it has about 80% battery but when I tap it the screen doesn’t not turn on. Does it need a new battery or do I have to buy a new Fitbit?

I would like to know if you keep having problems turning on your tracker? If so, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
