I cannot see the display on my Alta. I have done the restart. The battery is fully charged.

Hi @Pitbulllv  the Alta is an older Fitbit and it could very well be that the screen might not return. You can try to change the clock face and do a restart again, but chances are that it's just died. My Alta HR had a dim screen and I got the Luxe to replace it. The Alta series was retired around four years ago.
