In November my Fitbit Alta just stopped responding to double taps and was black when it wasn’t on the charger. I tried multiple times to reset but gave up after a few days with no success. Yesterday I charged my Alta and screen display turned on right away. When it was fully charged I took it off and it worked and synced with my phone. After a title over an hour of working it stopped responding, black screen when I double tap. So I decided to try charging it and it turned on once it was plugged in but once I take it off the charger it is black and unresponsive. Any suggestions or reasons why this would be happening would be appreciated.
