Hi,

My alta does not stay on e en if it has a full charge. Spent hours researching and searching for the answer but this fitbit faulty tracker does not work. Any help is appreciated.

Hello @Deechhom and welcome to the Community.  Can you clarify that you have an Alta?  All rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.  All Alta batteries are about nine years old.  I think your battery in almost dead.
