I updated my device through the app today and it hasn’t been working since. The screen is frozen and doesn’t even pop up as a device available to pair with Bluetooth. It is fully charged. Has anyone else had this problem since updating?

What was updated @TaylorWright the phone, Fitbit app, or the Alta?
As for seeing the Alta under the phones Bluetooth? Your not suppose to be able to.
Simply open the Fitbit app, log in, and the tracker should sync.

The Alta was updated through the app when it stopped working. I updated my phone to the latest iOS afterwards, thinking that was maybe the problem, but it didn’t help.
I did end up getting it fixed, though. I called support and they walked me through how to restart my Alta, and then they said that it was toast and that it was outside of warranty. I kept fiddling with it and eventually got it to work again.

if it was as simple as opening the app and the device synced we wouldn't be on this forum. Not sure why you're chiming in when you're not giving any helpful information. Feels more like snarkiness.
