Alta shutting off itself

My Alta keeps randomly turning off everyday. Even though it's fully charged. I've searched for answers on here & have tried restarting it several times & unsyncing it & everything. The charging connectors are clean. It doesn't get wet, dropped etc. Don't know what else to do
