My alta, barely 18 months old, is shutting off and on without warning. Not fully registering my steps or sleep, even when fully charged. I am getting frustrated. Any helpful ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Your device turns off when you're performing an activity or randomly? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Alta and let me know if the issue persists.
