Yes same here. I hadn't used in a few years and took a look at it today. Has been charging so it is fully charged. After a while the screen turns black and no information, but it still works because the data comes up on the app. I remember now that I put it aside years ago because it was not displaying information. I think, but not sure, that the only help Fitbit would give is discount on new one. Hope this helps. I checked forums and lots of people have this problem and same help from Fitbit.
