Hi,

My watch displays an incorrect time and is not detected by the Fitbit app.
Donglu usb is mandatory to set up my alta ?

Do you have a smart watch?  Dongle was just for people without smart watch.  I'm not sure it even works with a PC and dongle any more.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
