Alta won't charge beyond 75%

My Alta charges to 75% only it no longer charges to 100%. and does not go below 73% before switching itself and I have to charge it again. I can barely wear it for half a day before it needs charging again.

Hi @SoniaVD  have you tried restarting it while it's on the charger? Sometimes restarting it a few times helps with glitches.

Great, I'll give that a go. I had to look up how to reboot - never noticed that button on the charger!!! I'll let you know if this resolves the issue.
